KSL through SALS Forum has carried
out a regional study on differences,
loopholes and gaps of anti-trafficking
legal framework of India, Nepal
and Bangladesh. The main objective
of the study is to make recommendations
to harmonize legal framework,
policies, programmes and cooperation
at regional level in accordance
with human rights international
standards. Besides, the study
has also focused on the human
rights impact of anti-trafficking
laws, policies, programmes and
interventions in the South Asian
Countries. Thus it represents
a fundamental tool to draw up
human rights-based curricula and
forge a common approach on trafficking
related issues at regional level.
