KSL Child Rights Center is a platform
for researchers, academicians,
professionals and students to
share their ideas, knowledge,
and to explore their potentiality.
It is a study and documentation
center that aims to provide expert
service for the prospective researcher
on child rights. It is a unique
institution in the region that
provides training on child rights,
development and psychology and
carries out research activities.
The center also aims to lunch
a diploma and post-graduation
course on child rights, development
and psychology.
This is also a platform for the
students that provide wonderful
opportunity to learn the issues
of child rights through research,
training and awareness activities.
The internship opportunity (that
the center is providing) under
the direct supervision of experts
and professionals have also contributed
to internalize the issues of the
rights of the child among college
students. I believe the student’s
interest to invest their time
and effort for the Child Rights
Center will ultimately contribute
for the respect and promotion
of the child rights in Nepal.
I believe with this collective
effort of teachers, students and
experts, this program will be
an example for many other law
schools and institutions.
