KSL with an objective to provide access
to statutes has started an initiative
to compile the laws and regulations
of Nepal. This initiative aims at providing
researchers, legal scholars', students
to conduct research and deeply understand
the significance of laws and regulations.
Nepal has witnessed the formation, amendment
and repeal of various laws and regulations,
some of them were significant and some
were only formulated to meet the interest
of certain mass of people. Compiling
these laws and regulations will provide
an insight of the Nepalese legal system.
This attempt has tried to compile the
acts, rules regulations and operational
clause of Universities in Nepal. Laws
relating to crime, security, defense,
business and international trade law,
environment law, constitutional law,
property law, information and technology
law, transportation law, forest law
will be compile on itemize basis. All
the amendments of these laws will also
be compiled.
In this menue the specific
objectives of this compilation are:
